I design for people first, even when the product is built on complex or emerging technologies.

Hi, I’m Dayo, a product designer with a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. My journey into design began with an engineering mindset: breaking down complexity, solving systems problems, and seeking elegant, usable solutions. That foundation continues to shape how I approach product design — combining structured thinking with empathy, creativity, and a desire to build things that truly work for people.

Over the past 3+ years, I’ve worked across fintech, infrastructure, emerging tech, and Web3, designing interfaces that make advanced systems more accessible. I’ve led product design efforts, mentored designers, conducted user research, and built scalable design systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What drives me most is the challenge of simplifying complexity, turning technical processes into tools people can trust, understand, and enjoy using. I’m especially interested in how thoughtful design can improve usability, shape behavior, and bridge the gap between humans and intelligent systems.

Right now, I’m exploring the intersections of usability, intelligent systems, and human-centered design. I’m open to opportunities with thoughtful teams building tools that aim to make a lasting impact.
